Who are these people dressed in blue Olympic Figure skating background?
Figure Skating Competition in Vancouver, is a group of about a dozen people, all of which seems to be dressed in the blue swimsuit, sitting right behind the wall. They look like women, but I can not age. Who are these people? What are they doing there?
They are volunteers. They wear blue jackets and light is everywhere from downtown to help towards the ceremonies, to keep people in line, and each event to keep control of everything below.
