Is it legal to walk around the city as a Star Wars clone trooper?

If I have a full body clone trooper costume, am I allowed to put it on and walk around in it in the city?

Well, in nearby New York City there actually is a law against wearing a mask in public and former mayor Giuliani specifically refused to have it repealed. However, if it’s Halloween, and as long as you’re not dressed as a member of the Ku Klux Klan, I’m certain no cop will bother you there.
